PREP4TEAMWORK TUTOR

4 hrs average per week   £9.90 per hour  

in  Gosport   Starting Date:  September/October

 We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead this accredited course three times a year, for 2 hours over 8 weeks, for adults who may lack confidence, have mental health problems or simply want to brush up on team working.

 The role involves promoting the course, recruiting and interviewing potential participants, running taster sessions, delivering the course and completing all the necessary paperwork.

 Ideally we are seeking someone with a teaching qualification or at least experience of teaching adults. However, if you don’t possess a qualification, we are prepared to put the right person through a preparation course for teaching adults.  Counselling skills would also be a huge advantage.  The post holder will be responsible for communicating with Hampshire Learning (funder) and for their own administrative work.

 A Criminal Records Bureau Check will be required.

 The current tutor, who is retiring, is more than happy to give advice and support.
