Fareham Community Action
Diabetes Support Groups
Diabetes is a condition which affects at least one and a half million people in UK. It may be shown by a high blood sugar level and, if not managed properly, can lead to serious medical conditions including blindness. However, diagnosed early and with proper treatment, there is no reason why someone with diabetes cannot lead a normal, full and rewarding life. We find it helps to share our concerns, our problems and successes.
