| What do we do? | We provide information and support for carers, families or friends who are caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or any other form of dementia. |
| When? | The group meets on the last Wednesday of each month (except December), from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. |
| Where? | United Reformed Church, Osborn Road South, Fareham |

| When? | The group meets every Third Wednesday from 10.30pm to 12noon |
| Where? | Gosport War Memorial Hospital. either in the meeting room or the seminar room. |
