Havenlight - Information

Who we are

Havenlight is a Christian faith based charitable trust, working alongside the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Chaplaincy Service.
Havenlight offers pastoral care and support to women on their road to recovery from mental ill health.

What we do

In either a one-to-one situation or a small confidential group, women find a ‘safe and supported’ healing environment where they feel safe to explore spiritual issues.
It is a ‘sacred space’ where they find support, encouragement, a ‘listening ear’ and confidentiality.
For some women it is also the place where they choose to connect with the Christian faith.
