Training is available from a number of places

Harbourside training; a consortium of the four Councils for Voluntary Service provides training on a range of topics for volunteers, trustees of charities and members of voluntary organisations. 
  • Low cost sessions, only £15 for voluntary organisations
  • Relevant topics such as Understanding Disability, Child Protection and How to Present with impact
  • Short morning sessions, easily worked into your day

Fareham & SE Hampshire DART  Disability Awareness Raising and Training:  Courses run over one or two days facilitated by people who are wheelchair users, are sight impaired or hard of hearing, or who have a mental health impairment.  Phone 282929 for details of the next session.
